Usher’s Ministry

Our Usher Ministry is to work as a team, creating a warm and welcome environment for members and visitors of Mt. Zion Baptist Church and by providing assistance to other ministries thereby supporting the overall mission and goals of the Usher Ministry.

The goal of Mt. Zion Baptist Church Usher Ministry is to:

Implement a training program to increase and maintain ever usher’s performance level knowledge of all service positions.

1. Attend scheduled meetings and training sessions.

2. Provide assistance to other ministries with Church functions.

3. Travel with the Pastor and Mt. Zion Baptist family.

4. Each ushers to work as a team player and strive to increase their individual level of commitment and dedication to the usher ministry.

5. Strive to serve in a way that is pleasing to God and helpful to the Kingdom.
